Optimum indoor climate for the living space
The newly built apartment building comprises five flats. A central ventilation unit from Zehnder was installed in the basement of the building. The flats each have the Climeo elements AirGate, TemGate and FlatMaster, which individually control the air volume and temperature per room.
Online access for tenants
The Climeo indoor climate system has met with great enthusiasm among the residents of the five rented flats. They have access to the Climeo devices via an app and can control them at the touch of a button. In this way, the living climate in each room is exactly the right one for their needs.
Practical for administrations
The Climeo indoor climate system ensures optimum Luſtexchange with maximum energy efficiency. It also reduces the drying out of the Luſt in winter to a minimum. In addition to the tenants, the management also has access to the current data of the Climeo system at all times. In the event of breakdowns, the administration is automatically notified. All this works without the intervention of customised programming.
