Time for a change: Peter Schmidlin replaced Daniel Burkhard as CEO of Climeo on 1 October 2022.
After shaping the intensive build-up phase of Climeo in recent years, Daniel Burkhalter decided to relinquish the post of CEO. His successor Peter Schmidlin is a renowned specialist in the field of building technology and worked for Belimo – the world market leader in heating, air conditioning and ventilation (HVAC) – for 30 years. We look forward to benefiting from the experience he gained there as Head of Innovation and member of the Group Executive Board. Daniel Burkhard will remain with Climeo as Head of Marketing and PR and as a member of the Board of Directors. In parallel, he now wants to devote more time to his own projects outside the company.
