Innovation AirGate

The innovative AirGates regulate the air flow and measure temperature, humidity, air quality and air volume.

Since the AirGates can only measure these values in the exhaust air, it makes sense to design the home ventilation in such a way that the fresh air is blown in via an outlet and all other rooms are provided with exhaust air points.

Like this, the conditions of all rooms are recorded and can be controlled accordingly.


The principle of one supply air point and several exhaust air points makes planning easier.

There are no crossings in the ceiling. The exhaust air points do not have to be measured and calibrated. The AirGate does this automatically during operation.

Since the Climeo system is a prefabricated solution, there is no need for the customised programming normally required.

Put into operation

For commissioning, the Climeo system only needs to know the assignment of the AirGate and TempGate to the rooms. And these are usually evident from the plans.

The system will carry out a verification of this information completely independently of this information and thus also determine the mutual dependencies of the rooms.

This verification and parameterisation takes place during the first days/weeks of commissioning.

Simply save energy

Once in operation, Climeo simply saves energy. The FlatMasters in the flats report their consumption figures to the central SystemMaster. The SystemMaster then directly controls the ventilation.
Since Climeo only ventilates when necessary and adjusts both the air volume and the heating according to need, a substantial amount of air volume is saved and the heating/cooling is optimised.
In addition to other positive effects, energy of at least 50% on the ventilation side and 10-15% on the heating side is saved .


Thanks to the data available online, maintenance takes on a whole new meaning.

Thanks to this information, we see if all the equipment is working and can identify a problem before the customer does. In case of complaints, we get a picture of the situation before we fix the problem on site. This allows us to increase both the quality and the efficiency of maintenance.
